We’ve had Greg in quite a bit and there’s never been an issue. We are 10 standalone units for the Over 60’s. He has done a magnificent job installing gas cylinder hot water systems and servicing existing electric ones. One time, a resident had a leaking cylinder which threatened to burst through her ceiling. It was a weekend but Greg shot out and had it out and replaced in no time. He’s a top bloke and even does the odd small task for the residents at no charge

Greg’s been our gas guy for ten years. He’s unique in that he’s an experienced plumber and a licensed gas fitter. He gets all our gas installs for hot water or cookers up and running which is great, especially for some imported cookers which require some conversion to suit NZ standards. He can assess what’s required and get it certified and installed. Greg’s been absolutely amazing for us. He’s the best guy to get anything gas related done; new homes, commercial, repairs and conversion - he’s the one.

We had really poor water pressure in our house and six people living in it. Greg came out and assessed our existing cylinder and spoke with us about better options. He upgraded our old low pressure system to a new, more efficient high pressure electric cylinder and for the best price. It's still working well for us. I’d recommend Greg. He knows his stuff.

We had an Award gas hob oven and needed some conversion to meet cylinder regulations. Greg is very thorough and sticks to the letter of the law when rerouting or extending gas lines. As a joiner, he had often plumbed and fit-out our new home kitchens. He’s got an excellent reputation with gas hot water conversions for bathrooms too.

We had a lot of renovation and extensions to our house. Greg undertook at least 100 hours of complex plumbing and gasfitting work. Relaying and re-looping gas pipes for gas hot water upstairs and kitchen cookers downstairs. We’re a family of seven so we needed a lot of instant hot water and increased plumbing capacity. Greg designed and installed a dual gas reticulation system and ran it up and through building extensions to new bathrooms. He plumbed all new fixtures too, like double sinks and toilets. Greg merged the new with existing systems to certification and we’ve had no issues. I recommend Greg’s work. Just don't start talking to him about rugby, he’ll get nothing done!

The thing about Greg is, he’s unlike other plumbers. He never has to come back to fix his own work. He does it right the first time so there are no leaks or anomalies to rectify. I've had him for a number of jobs now and I wouldn’t use any other plumber. He’s clever and he’s conscientious. He installed our gas oven at home, and replaced hot water cylinders at our rental properties. One was a cylinder with a base badly corroded by chlorine. It was two days before Christmas and a replacement was hard to find. So he swapped one out from a build still under construction (with permission of the owners) and had it in the rental that afternoon. He’s fantastic like that.

We’re a family with four sons and the water cylinder in our older house was just not up the challenge anymore. I called Greg with an emergency plumbing problem. We had a water pipe burst in our ceiling cavity during the middle of winter. I was at work, but the neighbors rang to tell me water was pouring down inside the house. Greg was straight around to fix it. It was very stressful for me, but Greg was calm and professional. He had it solved in the quickest time. Later, I needed a new toilet installed and called on Greg again as he was so trustworthy and capable.
